We provide security services including corporate & commercial security, residential security, personal security officers, event security, bouncers, CCTV monitoring, night patrol and facility support. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a written agreement between us and the client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the premises, personnel access, and any specific risks. Clients must provide a safe working environment for our deployed personnel and comply with all applicable laws.

All information shared with us in the course of providing services is treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

Fees for services are as agreed in the service contract. Payment terms, invoicing cycle and applicable taxes are specified in each individual agreement.

While we deploy trained personnel and follow professional protocols, our total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service period in which the claim arose. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

Either party may terminate a service contract in accordance with the notice period specified in the agreement. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
